Interest is not a purchase commitment. - Field service: equipment, reported symptoms, observations, work completed, parts, test results, and follow-up. Missing measurements remain unknown. - Customer visits: needs, objections, commitments, and next actions. Solo: EUR 29 per month with 40 recording hours per month; annual billing EUR 288 (EUR 24 monthly equivalent). Team: EUR 49 per seat per month with 60 hours per seat; annual billing EUR 468 per seat (EUR 39 monthly equivalent), minimum two seats. Additional 10 hours: EUR 15.
