What should a property viewing report contain?
Identify the property and date, then record the visitor’s criteria, positive reactions, reservations, and unanswered questions. End with the next action and its owner. Review the summary to separate what the client actually said from your own sales assessment of the viewing.
Do I need to record the whole viewing?
You can record the conversation with participants informed, or speak your own debrief afterwards. The second option captures useful facts without interrupting the client relationship. Either way, avoid collecting personal details unrelated to the property follow-up.
Can the report be used for both the buyer and the seller?
They need different information. Prepare property feedback for the seller and the requested documents or answers for the buyer. Check the recipient and remove unnecessary private information before sharing. A clear source summary makes it easier to prepare the right message for each person.
